Removal Procedure
1. Raise the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle (See: Wheels and Tires/Vehicle Lifting/Description and Operation) in General
Information.
2. Support the transmission with a suitable stand or jack.
3. Raise the transmission.
4. Remove the nuts retaining the transmission mount to the transmission support. Refer to Transmission Mount Replacement (2WD) (See:

5. Remove the vertical bolts retaining the transmission support to the frame.
