Remove pivot prevention pin from wiper arm.

Install new nut (PN 20604449) with torque wrench (Figure 5). Torque MUST BE 20-24 N-m.

Run wiper system and check for correct wipe pattern. L.H. blade tip should wipe to a limit of 1-1.5
inches (25-38 mm) from outside edge of glass. R.H. blade should overlap into L.H. wipe pattern as
shown on Figure 6.

Connect washer hose (Figure 1).

Install protective cap. (Figure 1).
