Install engine support fixture J 28467-A and raise the engine to take pressure off the transaxle strut.

3.

Raise the vehicle, refer to General Information (Section 0A).

Bolts and nuts attaching the strut to the transaxle strut bracket and crossmember.

INSTALL OR CONNECT

1.

Strut and attaching bolts.

TIGHTEN

Transaxle strut bolts to 60 N-m (44 lbs.ft.).

Lower the vehicle.

3.

Lower engine and remove J 28467-A.

4.

Negative battery cable.
