Drive Belt Tensioner: Service and Repair
SERPENTINE DRIVE BELT TENSIONER
Remove
1. Negative battery cable.
2. Serpentine drive belt.
3. Tensioner bolts and tensioner.
Install
1. Serpentine drive belt tensioner and bolts
Tighten
-
Bolts to 50 Nm (37 lbs. ft.).
2. Serpentine belt.
3. Negative battery cable.
