Door Hinges, Side Door: Removal Procedure

4. Remove the bolts securing the hinge to the door.
5. Remove the door hinge.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

1. Install the hinge and attaching bolts to the door.

2. Install the hinge and attaching bolts to the hinge pillar.

Tighten
Tighten the hinge attaching bolts to 30 N.m 22 lb ft.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in General Information.

3. Remove the door support and check the alignment of the door.
