9. Remove the rear wheelhouse liner panel for cable installation access.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

1. Position the actuator.
2. Install the nut attaching the actuator. 

Tighten
Tighten the fuel filler door release actuator nut to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in General Information.

3. Install the cable to the fuel pocket.
4. Install the nut attaching the fuel filler door release cable to the fuel filler pocket. 

Tighten
Tighten the fuel filler door release cable nut to 2 N.m (18 lb in).
