Tighten the heater hose pipe mounting bolt to 16 N.m (12 lb ft).

-

Tighten the heater hose pipe bracket nut to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

NOTICE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the inlet and outlet heater hoses onto the heater hose pipes.

3. Install the heater inlet and outlet hose clamps at the heater hose pipes.

4. Install the intake manifold.

5. Refill the coolant system.
