Oil Pan: Service and Repair
Installation
1. Install the oil pan. Refer to Oil Pan Installation.
2. Connect the engine oil temperature sensor connector.
3. Install and connect the engine oil level sensor. Tighten the oil level sensor to 35 Nm (26 ft. lbs.).
4. Install the engine flywheel housing cover bolts. Tighten the cover bolts to 10 Nm (89 inch lbs.).
5. Install the engine flywheel housing to oil pan bolts. Tighten the flywheel bolts to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.).
6. Install the automatic transmission cooler line bracket bolts.
