Corvette V8-5.7L VIN G (1997)
4. Install two new lower evaporator core seals. Locate the seals at the outer edges of the evaporator core.
5. Install the evaporator core into the heater/evaporator module.
6. Install a new heater/evaporator module seal.
7. Check the snap clip (1) prior to assembling the heater/evaporator module halves.

If the clip is broken, install the replacement the clip.
6. Assemble the upper and lower heater/evaporator module halves.
9. Install the upper heater/evaporator module screws.

Tighten the upper heater/evaporator module screws to 1.6 N.m (14 lb. in).
NOTICE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
10. Install the passenger side temperature door motor (2) onto the heater/evaporator module.
11. Install the passenger side vacuum actuator (1) onto the heater/evaporator module.
