32. Remove the bolts and nuts retaining the evaporator and heater core module to the bulkhead and I/P brace.
33. Remove the evaporator and heater core module from the vehicle.
34. Remove and discard the air inlet, drain, and plumbing seals.
Electronic/Dual Zone Climate Controls
REMOVAL PROCEDURE
CAUTION: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in Service Precautions.
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable from the battery.
2. Disable the Supplemental Inflatable Restraint (SIR) system. Refer to Disabling the SIR System in SIR.
3. Recover the refrigerant from the air conditioning system.
4. Drain the cooling system.
5. Remove the intake manifold.
