Convertible Top Position Sensor / Switch: Service and Repair
FOLDING TOP LOCATING PIN RECEIVER POSITION SENSOR SWITCH REPLACEMENT - FRONT
REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Open the folding top as shown in the illustration.
2. Place a protective covering over the interior of the vehicle and the adjacent body panels.
3. Using a grease pencil, mark the location of the sensor.
4. Remove the locating pin screws.
5. Note the location and the amount of any shims that may be present.
