Air Filter Element: Service and Repair
AIR CLEANER ELEMENT REPLACEMENT
REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Release the retainer strap latches.
2. Release the air cleaner housing cover.
3. Pull out the air filter element.
4. Inspect the air filter element for dust, for dirt, and for water. Clean or replace the air filter element if necessary.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the air filter element into the air cleaner housing.
2. Secure the air cleaner housing cover.
3. Secure the retainer strap latches.
