Corvette V8-6.0L VIN U (2005)
1. Remove the caps from the chassis fuel pipe and the fuel rail pipe.
2. Connect the fuel feed hose (2) to the chassis fuel pipe (3).
3. Connect the fuel feed hose (2) to the fuel rail (1).
4. Tighten the fuel filler cap.
5. Connect the negative battery cable.
6. Perform the following procedure in order to inspect for leaks:
1. Turn the ignition switch ON for 2 seconds.
2. Turn the ignition switch OFF for 10 seconds.
3. Turn the ignition switch ON.
4. Inspect for fuel leaks.
7. Install the left fuel rail cover.
8. Program the transmitters. Refer to Transmitter Programming (Domestic) Transmitter Programming (Export - Including Canada) in Keyless Entry.
