Transmission Fluid Cooler Lower Pipe Replacement - Intermediate 

Removal Procedure

1. Raise and support the vehicle. 
2. Remove the driveline tunnel closeout panel. 
3. Install a drain pan under the vehicle.

4. Important:  o The front transmission fluid cooler pipes connect to the rear transmission fluid cooler pipes near at the rear of the engine next to the

starter motor.

Cap or plug the open transmission fluid cooler pipes immediately to prevent system contamination.

Disconnect the intermediate transmission fluid cooler lower pipe from the front transmission fluid cooler lower pipe. 

5. Disconnect the intermediate transmission fluid cooler lower pipe from the rear transmission lower pipe.
