Oil Tank Inlet Hose Replacement
Removal Procedure
1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle (See: Maintenance/Service Intervals) .
2. Drain the engine oil. Refer to Engine Oil and Oil Filter Replacement (See: Engine Oil/Service and Repair) .
3. Remove the right front wheelhouse rear liner. Refer to Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement (Rear Liner) (See: Body and Frame/Fender/Front

4. Remove the oil inlet/outlet hose bracket bolt.
Important: Anytime the oil tank inlet and outlet hoses are serviced, the oil seals must be replaced.
5. Remove the inlet hose to oil tank bolt (3) and disconnect the hose (2) from the oil tank. Discard the oil seal (1).
