Corvette V8-6.2L (2008)
12. Align the following components to the corresponding openings on the cowl:

The heater core block fitting
*
The evaporator block fitting
*
The HVAC module drain
*
The HVAC module studs
13. Install the bolts retaining the HVAC module to the upper I/P cross vehicle beam.
Tighten the bolts to 5 N.m (44 lb in).
Important: To prevent possible water leaks or wind/road noise from entering the vehicle passenger compartment, do not reuse the old
HVAC module retaining and sealing nuts.
14. Install new HVAC module retaining and sealing nuts.
Tighten the nuts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
