Corvette V8-6.2L (2008)
1. Install a new throttle body gasket.
2. Install the throttle body assembly.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Notice) .
Important: Always use a torque wrench in order to obtain the proper torque.
3. Install the 4 throttle body bolts.
Tighten the throttle body bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
Important: Ensure that the air control valve electrical connector and the connector seal are properly installed and no damage present.
4. Connect the air control valve electrical connector.
5. Install the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement (6.2L) (See: Air Cleaner Housing/Service and Repair)Air Cleaner
