5. Connect the electrical connector to the EBCM (3). Ensure the cam (2) is secured by the lock tab.
6. Connect the electrical connector to the brake fluid pressure sensor.

7. Install the two BPMV bracket-to-crossmember mounting bolts.

Tighten the bolts to 27 N.m (20 lb ft).

8. Lower the vehicle.
9. Connect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (6.0L)  (See: Starting and

Charging/Battery/Battery Cable/Service and Repair)Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (7.0L)  (See: Starting and
Charging/Battery/Battery Cable/Service and Repair) .

10. If installing a replacement module, refer to Service Programming System (SPS)  (See: Testing and Inspection/Programming and Relearning) .
11. If installing a replacement module, program the replacement module. Refer to Control Module References  (See: Testing and

Inspection/Programming and Relearning) .

12. Perform the Diagnostic System Check - Vehicle  (See: Testing and Inspection/Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview/Diagnostic System

Check - Vehicle) .
