Tighten the bolt to 12 Nm (9 ft. lbs.). 

5. Check the transmission fluid level, add fluid if necessary. Refer to Transmission Fluid Checking Procedure.
6. Remove the drain pan.
7. Install the driveline tunnel closeout panel. 
8. Lower the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.

Removal Procedure 

1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.
2. Remove the driveline tunnel closeout panel. 
3. Install a drain pan under the vehicle.

The front transmission fluid cooler pipes connect to the rear transmission fluid cooler pipes near at the rear of the engine next to the starter
motor.

Cap or plug the open transmission fluid cooler pipes immediately to prevent system contamination.

Disconnect the intermediate transmission fluid cooler lower pipe from the front transmission fluid cooler lower pipe. 

5. Disconnect the intermediate transmission fluid cooler lower pipe from the transmission.
