Cruze L4-1.4L Turbo (2011)
Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Caution).
10. Tighten the 2 three way catalytic converter bracket nuts to 22 Nm (16 lb ft).
11. Install the catalytic converter (3) and a NEW catalytic converter gasket (1) to the three way warm up catalytic converter.
12. Install the 3 catalytic converter flange nuts (2) and tighten to 22 Nm (16 lb ft).
13. Lower the vehicle.
14. Tighten the three way catalytic converter V-clamp bolt to 13 Nm (115 lb in).
15. Install the exhaust manifold heat shield. Refer to Exhaust Manifold Heat Shield Replacement (1.4L LUH and LUJ) (See: Exhaust Manifold Heat

16. Connect the heated oxygen sensor 1 wiring harness plug. Refer to Heated Oxygen Sensor Replacement - Sensor 1 (1.4L LUH and LUJ) (See:
Powertrain Management/Computers and Control Systems/Oxygen Sensor/Service and Repair/Heated Oxygen Sensor Replacement - Sensor 1).
17. Connect battery negative cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (See: Starting and Charging/Battery/Battery
Cable/Negative/Service and Repair/Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection).
18. Close the hood.
