3. Release and slide the thermal bypass pipe hose clamps (2) away from the hose connections.
4. Remove thermal bypass hose (1).

Installation Procedure

1. Apply engine coolant to the bypass hose in order to ease installation.

2. Install the thermal bypass pipe hose (1).
3. Position the thermal bypass pipe hose clamps (2) over the hose end connections.
4. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (LNJ Static Fill)  (See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Cooling
