5. Remove the shock from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

1. Position the shock to the vehicle.

Notice:  Refer to Fastener Notice   .

2. Install the upper shock bolt.

Tighten the bolt to 110 N.m (81 lb ft).

3. Install the lower shock bolt and nut.

Tighten the bolt to 110 N.m (81 lb ft).

4. Install the rear tire and wheel assembly. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation  (See: Wheels and Tires/Service and Repair) .
