Evaporator Case: Service and Repair

Air Conditioning (A/C) Evaporator Case Assembly Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the HVAC module. Refer to Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Replacement   (See: Housing Assembly

HVAC/Service and Repair).

2. Remove the heater core cover screws from the evaporator case assembly.
3. Remove the heater core cover from the evaporator case assembly.
