Express 1/2 Ton Van V6-4.3L VIN W (1999)
2. Install the nuts to the studs on the power brake booster.

Tighten the power brake booster retaining nuts to 36 Nm (27 ft. lbs.).
3. Install the bolt (4) to the brake pedal bracket (5).

Tighten the upper brake pedal bolt to 36 Nm (27 ft. lbs.).
4. Install the instrument panel harness to the brake pedal bracket.
5. Install the pushrod and stoplamp switch assembly to the brake pedal pin.
6. Check the brake pedal travel.
