Express 1/2 Ton Van V6-4.3L VIN W (1999)
1. Install the balance shaft drive gear.
2. Line up the timing marks on the camshaft sprocket and crankshaft sprocket dot to dot. When these dots are lined up dot to dot, the number four
cylinder is at the top dead center of its compression stroke.
3. Install the camshaft timing chain and sprockets.
Notice: Failure to properly align the crankshaft position sensor reluctor ring may result in component damage and effect OBD II system performance.
4. Install the crankshaft position sensor reluctor ring.
5. Install the valve lifters and the valve pushrods.
6. Install the engine front cover.
7. Install the intake manifold.
