Express 1/2 Ton Van V6-4.3L VIN W (1999)
2. Install a NEW seal (O-ring) into the groove in the oil filter adapter.
3. Install the oil filter adapter with a NEW gasket.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
4. Install the oil filter adapter bolts.

Tighten the oil filter adapter bolts to 21 Nm (15 ft. lbs.).
5. Connect the engine oil cooler pipes.
