The toe-in is the turning in of the wheels, while the toe-out is the turning out of the wheels to the geometric centerline or thrust line (1). The purpose of
the toe angle is to control parallel rolling of the front wheels and to offset any small deflections of the wheel support system that occurs when the vehicle
is rolling forward. The incorrect toe angle will results in excessive tire wear. The toe angle is the last adjustment in the front wheel alignment procedure.
Frame Misalignment Description
All of this model and the Cutaways use a full frame construction. Any slight misalignment of the front wheels. The movement of the frame will usually
cause an increase in the caster on one side of the vehicle and a decrease of the caster in the opposite wheel of the vehicle. Also, a misaligned frame may

The road hazards or the collision damage can cause Setback. One of the first signs of setback is the difference between the caster readings from the
wheel to the wheel and usually will be more than one degree of difference.
Thrust Angles Description
The front wheels aim or steer the vehicle, but the rear wheels control tracking. This tracking action relates to the thrust angle. The thrust angle is the path
that the rear wheels will take.
Lead/Pull Description
1. The lead is the deviation of the vehicle from a straight path, on a level road, without hand pressure on the steering wheel.

Memory Steer Description
The memory steer is a condition when making a turn in one direction and the vehicle will want to lead or pull in that direction.
Wander Description
The wander is the drifting or the deviation of a vehicle to either side from a straight path with hand pressure on the wheel. The wander is a symptom of a
vehicle's sensitivity to the external disturbances, such as road crown and crosswind. The problem may produce an off center steering wheel.
