Express 1/2 Ton Van V8-305 5.0L VIN M SFI (1998)
3. Press the oil seal into the bore using the J22836 for 8 5/8 inch ring gear axles or the J22388 for 9 1/2 inch ring gear axles.
4. Install the pinion flange yoke onto the pinion flange using the J8614-01.
NOTICE: Do not hammer the pinion flange onto the pinion shaft or component damage will occur.
5. Place the washer and the pinion nut on the pinion threads.
6. Tighten the pinion nut to the position indicated by the alignment mark (1) made during disassembly.
