Removal Procedure
1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle (See: Maintenance/Vehicle Lifting/Service and Repair) in General
Information.
2. Support lower control arms with safety stands.
3. Unload the torsion bars. Refer to Torsion Bar and Support Assembly Replacement in Front Suspension.
4. Remove the right side differential carrier lower mounting bracket bolt and nut.
5. Remove the left side differential carrier lower mounting bracket bolt.
