Ignition Key and/or Ignition Lock Cylinder Does Not Turn (Replace Ignition Key)

Condition
Some customers may comment that the ignition key and/or the ignition lock cylinder may not turn.
Cause
Bent or twisted ignition keys may cause ignition lock cylinders not to turn.
Correction
Do NOT replace ignition switch.
Replace the ignition key. Obtain blank key and cut new key for vehicle.
If the ignition lock cylinder will not turn after the key has been replaced, replace the ignition lock cylinder.
