4. Remove the body side trim panel (1) from the vehicle.
5. Inspect the body side front lower trim panel (1) for broken or missing retaining clips. Replace the retaining clips as needed.

Installation Procedure

1. Install the body side trim panel (1) to the vehicle.
2. Press on the body side front lower trim pane (1) in order to engage the clips.
3. Install the front door lower pillar garnish molding. Refer to Garnish Molding Replacement - Lower Pillar (See: Garnish Molding Replacement -

Lower Pillar).

4. Install the rear passenger seats when needed. Refer to Seat Replacement - Rear Bench (See: Seats/Service and Repair/Seat Replacement - Rear

Bench) in Seats.

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the rear passenger seats as needed. Refer to Seat Replacement - Rear Bench (See: Seats/Service and Repair/Seat Replacement - Rear

Bench).

2. Remove the passenger side rear corner trim panel. Refer toTrim Panel Replacement - Right Rear Corner (See: Trim Panel Replacement - Right

Rear Corner).

3. Grasp and gently pull the passenger side body side trim panel in order to disengage the retaining clips.
4. Remove the passenger side body side trim panel from the vehicle.
5. Inspect the passenger side body side trim panel for broken or missing retaining clips. Replace the clips as needed.
