Removal Procedure
Caution: Refer to Brake Dust Caution .
1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
2. Remove the tire and wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation .
3. Remove the brake rotor (2) shown on the 1500 Series. Refer to Front Brake Rotor Replacement (See: Brakes and Traction Control/Disc Brake
System/Brake Rotor/Disc/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Front Brake Rotor Replacement) .
4. Remove the wheel speed sensor (WSS) cable mounting clip from the knuckle.
5. Remove the WSS cable mounting clip from the upper control arm.
6. Remove the WSS cable mounting clip from the frame attachment point.
7. Remove the WSS cable electrical connector.
