Express 2500 V6-4.3L VIN X (2005)
3. Install the power steering pump to the vehicle.
4. Install the power steering pump front mounting bolts.

Tighten the bolts to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.).
5. Reposition the accessory mounting bracket and install the mounting bolts and nut.

Tighten the bolts and nut to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.).
6. Install the power steering pump lower and rear mounting nuts.

Tighten the nuts to 41 Nm (30 ft. lbs.).
7. Uncap the power steering hoses.
8. Raise the vehicle.
9. Important: Route the power steering hoses in the same location in which they were removed.
Install the power brake booster inlet hose (2) to the power steering pump through the wheel well.
^
Tighten the hose fitting to 33 Nm (24 ft. lbs.).
10. Install the power steering gear outlet hose or cooler hose to the power steering pump through the wheel well.
