Radio Rear Speaker Replacement
Removal Procedure
1. Remove the rear header trim panel, if equipped.
2. Remove the nuts retaining the rear header speaker housing to the vehicle.
3. Remove the rear header speaker housing from the vehicle.
4. Disconnect the electrical connector from the speaker.
5. Remove the screws retaining the rear header speaker to the rear header speaker housing.
6. Remove the rear header speaker from the rear header speaker housing.
Installation Procedure
1. Install the rear header speaker to the rear header speaker housing.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice.
2. Install the screws in order to retain the rear header speaker to the rear header speaker housing.
Tighten the screws in order to retain the rear header speaker to the speaker housing to 2 N.m (18 lb ft).
3. Connect the electrical connector to the speaker.
4. Install the rear header speaker housing to the vehicle.
5. Install the nuts in order to retain the rear header speaker housing to the vehicle.
Tighten the nuts in order to retain the rear header speaker housing to the vehicle to 6 N.m (53 lb in).
