Express 2500 V8-5.3L VIN T (2005)
Install the exhaust manifold.
1. Tighten the exhaust manifold bolts - First Pass to 15 Nm (11 ft. lbs.).
2. Tighten the exhaust manifold bolts - Second Pass to 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.).
2. Connect the EGR valve pipe to the manifold.
3. Install the spark plug wires.
4. Install the exhaust pipe to the exhaust manifold.
5. Install the engine cover.
