Rear Side Door Latch Striker Replacement - Upper

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the bolts (2) that retain the side door upper striker (1) to the door.
2. Remove the side door upper striker (1) from the door opening.

Installation Procedure

1. Install the side door upper striker (1) to the door opening.

Caution:  Refer to Fastener Caution   (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Caution).

2. Install the bolts (2) that retain the side door upper striker (1) to the door opening and tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb in).
