Express 2500 V8-6.6L DSL Turbo (2010)
1. Position the turbocharger coolant return pipe onto engine.
Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Caution).
2. Install the turbocharger coolant return pipe retainer bolt (1).
Tighten the bolt to 25 Nm (18 lb ft).
3. Install the turbocharger coolant return hose (2) onto the turbocharger coolant return pipe (2)
