Express 2500 V8-6.6L DSL Turbo (2010)
5. Remove the lower oil fill tube bolt (1).
6. Remove the oil fill tube.
7. Remove and discard the oil fill tube O-ring seal.
Installation Procedure
1. Install a NEW O-ring seal onto the oil fill tube.
2. Install the oil fill tube.
Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Caution).
3. Install the lower oil fill tube bolt (1) and tighten to 21 Nm (15 lb ft).
4. Install the starter. Refer to Starter Replacement (V8) (See: Starting and Charging/Starting System/Starter Motor/Service and Repair)Starter
