Express 2500 V8-6.6L DSL Turbo (2010)
1. Install a NEW water pump outlet pipe O-ring onto the pipe.
2. Lubricate the O-ring seal with engine coolant.
3. Position a NEW water pump outlet pipe gasket to the water pump.
4. Install the water pump outlet pipe.
5. Install the oil filter adapter and oil cooler assembly. Refer to Oil Filter Adapter and Oil Cooler Assembly Replacement (See: Engine
Lubrication/Oil Filter Adapter/Service and Repair).
Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Caution).
6. Install the water pump to water pump outlet pipe studs (1) and tighten to 20 Nm (15 lb ft).
7. Install the water pump to water pump outlet pipe nuts (2) and tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb ft).
8. Lower the vehicle.
