Express 2500 V8-6.6L DSL Turbo (2010)
1. Connect the vacuum connector.
2. Connect the electrical connectors.
3. Install the HVAC control assembly.
Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Caution).
4. Install the retaining screw to the HVAC control assembly and tighten to 2 Nm (18 lb in).
5. Install the I/P cluster trim plate. Refer to Instrument Panel Cluster Trim Plate Bezel Replacement (See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding /
Trim/Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service and Repair/Instrument Panel Cluster Trim Plate Bezel Replacement).
