12. Connect the EGR cooler hose fitting (2) to the heater inlet pipe.
13. Install the heater inlet pipe bracket bolt (1) and tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb ft).
14. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill) (See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Cooling System/Service
and Repair/Procedures/Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill)) Cooling System Draining and Filling (Vac N Fill) (See: Engine,

15. Install the crankcase ventilation hose/pipe. Refer to Positive Crankcase Ventilation Hose/Pipe/Tube Replacement (See: Positive Crankcase
Ventilation/PCV Valve Hose/Service and Repair/Positive Crankcase Ventilation Hose/Pipe/Tube Replacement).
16. Install the right exhaust pipe. Refer to Exhaust Pipe Replacement - Right Side (6.6L (LMM)) (See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Exhaust
System/Exhaust Pipe/Service and Repair/Exhaust Pipe Replacement - Right Side).
17. Install the intake manifold tube. Refer to Intake Manifold Tube Replacement (LMM) (See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Intake
Manifold/Service and Repair/Intake Manifold Tube Replacement).
18. Install the generator. Refer to Generator Replacement (V6) (See: Starting and Charging/Charging System/Alternator/Service and
