Express 2500 V8-6.6L DSL Turbo (2010)
2. Connect the generator electrical connector (4).
3. Install the battery positive B+ cable terminal (3) to the generator stud and tighten to
10 Nm (89 lb in)
4. Slide the protective boot (1) back onto the terminal stud.
5. Install the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement (See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Drive Belts, Mounts, Brackets and
Accessories/Drive Belt/Service and Repair).
6. Install the upper fan shroud. Refer to Engine Coolant Fan Upper Shroud Replacement (4.3L, 4.8L, 5.3L, 6.0L, 6.2L, 7.0L) (See: Engine, Cooling

7. Connect the battery negative cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (See: Battery/Battery Cable/Negative/Service

Removal Procedure
1. Disconnect the negative battery. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (See: Battery/Battery Cable/Negative/Service
