Express 2500 V8-6.6L DSL Turbo VIN 2 (2007)
1. Lightly lubricate the crankshaft balancer internal hub with engine oil.
2. Install the crankshaft balancer to the crankshaft.
3. Lightly lubricate the crankshaft balancer bolt with engine oil.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice.
4. Install the crankshaft balancer bolt and washer.
1. Tighten the bolt a first pass to 100 N.m (74 lb ft).
2. Tighten the bolt a final pass an additional 90 degrees using the J 45059.
5. Install the radiator fan. Refer to Fan Replacement.
6. Remove the J 44643.
7. Install the starter.
