Express 2500 V8-6.6L DSL Turbo VIN 2 (2007)
1. Install a NEW gasket onto the catalytic converter studs.
2. Install the exhaust particulate filter.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice.
3. Install the catalytic converter to particulate filter nuts.
Tighten the nuts to 40 N.m (30 lb ft).
4. Install the exhaust pressure differential sensor pipe.
5. Install the exhaust temperature sensors. Refer to Exhaust Temperature Sensor Replacement - Position 1 and Exhaust Temperature Sensor
Replacement - Position 2.
6. Install the tail pipe.
