Express 3/4 Ton Van V8-305 5.0L VIN M SFI (1999)
1. Install the bypass valve (3) into the vehicle.
2. Connect the heater inlet pipe and the outlet pipe to the bypass valve(s).
3. Install the hose clamps using the J 39529.
4. Fill the engine coolant. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System in Engine Cooling.
5. Verify that the system has no leaks.
