Express 3/4 Ton Van V8-4.8L VIN V (2003)
1. Partially install the front door trim plate (1) to the front door trim panel.
2. Connect the electrical connectors to the switches, if equipped.
3. Align the retainers on the front door trim plate (1) to the slots in the front door trim panel
4. Push towards the door panel to engage the front door trim plate (1) retainers.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
5. Install the screws (2).
Tighten the screw that retains the front door trim plate to 1.9 N.m (17 lb in)
6. Install the inside door handle bezel. Refer to Handle Bezel Replacement - Inside - Front (See: Bezel Replacement).
7. Install the window regulator handle, if equipped. Refer to Window Regulator Handle Replacement - Door (See: Windows and
Glass/Windows/Window Handle/Service and Repair).
