Roller Track Replacement - Sliding Door Lower

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the sliding side door check assembly. Refer to Sliding Door Check Replacement  (See: Service and Repair/Sliding Door Check

Replacement) .

2. Remove the sliding side door lower roller bracket. Refer to Roller Bracket Replacement - Lower  (See: Roller Bracket Replacement - Lower) .

3. Remove the bolts (2) that retain the sliding side door lower track (1) to the vehicle.
4. Remove the sliding side door lower track (1) from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

1. Install the sliding side door lower track (1) to the vehicle.

Notice:  Refer to Fastener Notice  in Cautions and Notices.

2. Install the bolts (2) that retain the sliding side door lower track (1) to the vehicle.

Tighten the bolts to 11 N.m (97 lb in).

3. Install the sliding side door lower roller bracket. Refer to Roller Bracket Replacement - Lower  (See: Roller Bracket Replacement - Lower) .
4. Install the sliding side door check assembly. Refer to Sliding Door Check Replacement  (See: Service and Repair/Sliding Door Check

Replacement) .
