4. Remove the front door stepwell mat. Refer to Mat Replacement - Stepwell  (See: Mat Replacement - Stepwell) .
5. Remove the front floor mat/carpet from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

Caution:  In order to avoid personal injury or vehicle damage when you repair or replace the carpet, use the same thickness and material size as
the original installation. Always return the carpet to the original location.

1. Install the front floor mat/carpet to the vehicle.
2. Install the front door stepwell mat. Refer to Mat Replacement - Stepwell  (See: Mat Replacement - Stepwell) .
3. Install the hinge pillar trim panel. Refer to Trim Replacement - Hinge Pillar  (See: Trim Panel/Service and Repair/Trim Replacement - Hinge

Pillar) .

4. Install the engine cover. Refer to Engine Cover Replacement  (See: Access Cover/Service and Repair) .
5. Install the front seats. Refer to Seat Replacement  (See: Seats/Service and Repair/Seat Replacement) in Seats.

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the rear passenger seats. Refer to Seat Replacement - Rear Bench  (See: Seats/Service and Repair/Seat Replacement - Rear Bench) in

Seats.

2. Remove the driver side body side trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Left Body Side  (See: Trim Panel/Service and Repair/Trim Panel

Replacement - Left Body Side) .

3. Remove the passenger side body side trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Right Body Side  (See: Trim Panel/Service and Repair/Trim

4. Remove the rear floor carpet trim plate. Refer to Floor Trim Plate Replacement - Rear  (See: Trim Panel/Service and Repair/Floor Trim Plate

Replacement - Rear) in Body Rear End.

5. Remove the side door stepwell mat. Refer to Mat Replacement - Stepwell  (See: Mat Replacement - Stepwell) .
