Removal Procedure

1. Remove the front seat belt from the front seat belt height adjuster. Refer to Seat Belt Retractor Replacement - Front in Seat Belts.

2. Grasp and gently pull the garnish molding in order to release the retaining clips.
3. Remove the front door upper pillar garnish molding from the vehicle.
4. Inspect the front door upper pillar garnish molding for broken or missing retaining clips.

Installation Procedure

1. Install the front door upper pillar garnish molding to the vehicle.
2. Align the retainers to the body and press the garnish molding in order to engage the retaining.
3. Install the front seat belt to the front seat belt height adjuster. Refer to Seat Belt Retractor Replacement - Front in Seat Belts.

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the rear passenger seats as needed. Refer toSeat Replacement - Rear Bench  (See: Seats/Service and Repair/Seat Replacement - Rear

Bench) in Seats.

2. Remove the front door lower pillar garnish molding. Refer to Garnish Molding Replacement - Lower Pillar  (See: Garnish Molding Replacement -

Lower Pillar) .

3. Grasp and gently pull the body side front lower trim panel (1) in order to disengage the clips.
