Removal Procedure
1. Remove the front seat from the vehicle. Refer toSeat Replacement (See: Service and Repair/Seat Replacement) .
2. Remove the seat cushion cover and pad. Refer toSeat Cushion Cover and Pad Replacement - Front (See: Seat Cushion Cover and Pad
Replacement - Front) .
3. Remove the bolts (7) retaining the seat back hinge / recliner mechanisms (6) to the seat cushion frame. Refer to Seat Back Hinge/Recliner
Mechanism Replace - Front (See: Seat Back/Service and Repair/Seat Back Hinge/Recliner Mechanism Replace - Front) .
4. Remove the bolts (4) retaining the seat cushion frame to the adjuster.
5. Remove the power seat switch bracket (2), if equipped.
